Bolivia beat Ecuador 3-2 in an exciting Group A game. 

Ecuador were made to pay the price 

for some poor defending 

and a missed penalty as Bolivia's three first-half goals 

proved enough for them to claim all three points. 

Bolivia's win was their first in the Copa America since 1997 

when they went on to reach the final against Brazil.
