gives Paraguay a 1 - 0 win over Jamaica in group B. 

The Deportivo Toluca striker saw the ball rebound off him 

and into the net after a mistake by Jamaican goalkeeper Duwayne Kerr. 

After coming from two goals down to draw with Argentina, 

Paraguay stand second in the group with 

four points from two games 

before Sunday's clash with Uruguay.
